MSM focuses on signature reduction materials to solve system issues such as radar cross-section (RCS), antenna isolation, thermal control, sonar detection and vibration damping performance.  We also have expertise fabricating materials to meet mechanical requirements and chemical resistance.  MSM has the unique in-house ability to design, tool-up, manufacture and inspect various advanced materials such as:

We operate in a 33,000 sq. ft. facility utilizing precision equipment such as hydraulic presses, batch and custom ovens, CNC routers, hot laminators as well as a multitude of testing and inspection tools.  Our operations and quality assurance processes are governed by modern ERP and Integrated Process Improvement (IPI) software.  MSM has the capacity to manufacture large volume orders and routinely operates 24 hours / 5 days per week to meet customer demands.  

 

Responding to customer needs, MSM has become a key supplier of 3PL kitting services for various programs.  We provide a single source solution for delivering complete installation and assembling kits. Unlike most 3PL suppliers, MSM is able to manufacture certain items contained in the Parts Lists, which has proven extremely valuable in situations with expedite concerns or changing requirements.  MSM has delivered over 1,000,000 items under 3PL contracts with 100% quality and on-time delivery.
